This page serves as virtual patent marking for Anonemis Research, LLC in accordance with 35 U.S.C. §287(a) and similar provisions in other jurisdictions, including those established under the America Invents Act.

Patent Coverage

The products and technologies developed by Anonemis Research, LLC may be protected by one or more issued patents, pending patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the United States and internationally.

This list may not be exhaustive. Products listed may be covered by additional patents not enumerated here, and unlisted products may be protected by patents, patent applications, or other intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

All technologies, methodologies, software, designs, and innovations developed by Anonemis Research, LLC are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, or derivative works based on Anonemis Research intellectual property is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.

Cybersecurity and Unauthorized Access

Unauthorized access, hacking, or cyber intrusion into Anonemis Research systems, networks, databases, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious criminal offense under federal and state law, including but not limited to:

  • Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030)
  • Economic Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. § 1831-1839)
  • Electronic Communications Privacy Act
  • State computer crime statutes

Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or databases
  • Hacking, penetration testing, or security bypass attempts
  • Theft or exfiltration of proprietary data, trade secrets, or confidential information
  • Malware deployment, denial of service attacks, or other cyber attacks
  • Unauthorized interception of electronic communications

Violations will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Civil remedies will also be pursued, including damages for economic loss, cost of incident response, and injunctive relief.

Anonemis Research maintains robust cybersecurity measures and actively monitors for unauthorized access attempts.

Licensing and Authorization

All rights to Anonemis Research technologies are reserved. Any commercial use, implementation, or licensing of Anonemis Research intellectual property requires:

  1. Prior written authorization from Anonemis Research, LLC
  2. Executed licensing agreement
  3. Agreed-upon compensation terms

Unauthorized use will result in vigorous legal action and liability for maximum damages permitted by law, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits and consequential damages
  • Reasonable royalties
  • Statutory damages under applicable patent and copyright law
  • Treble damages for willful infringement
  • Attorney’s fees and costs of litigation
  • Injunctive relief

Anonemis Research, LLC will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies against any party that infringes upon its intellectual property rights.

Corporate Authority

All licensing agreements, partnerships, and business arrangements must be authorized by the designated representatives of Anonemis Research, LLC in accordance with corporate governance policies.
